Terminal 3 Trial Visit

So. Yesterday was Friday, the day of our visit to the under-construction terminal 3. Let's tell the story in a slideshow form.

So, first, everyone went to school. It being 8.45 am, there were some people who were still sleepy....

But still they managed to wake up real and proper after we got to Terminal 3. The first view we got of the new terminal was breathtaking....

Everyone was so excited about being in Terminal 3 and about being one of the first few to be able to board the A380, even more so for the lecturers who got the business class seats....

Of course, the students took Mr Tang's blue business-class tickets from him almost immediately....

Oh well.

Anyway. We headed to the departure hall soon enough. And on the way, we got a good look at one of the only opaque walls in there (almost 70 percent of all the walls are glass)....

And the floor below is one of the belts for baggage claim.

And there! The departure hall. Comparing it with our Engineering School concourse is similar to comparing a chopstick to a toothpick. Take a look.

And my camera could take in the depth of it, so there you go.

Well, we had to wait for 20 minutes before we could board the A380, so everyone sat down and took silly photos.

And that's just the girls.

Anyway, after all that tomfoolery, we got to board the plane. Due to weird security reasons, the teachers told use not to take photos of the plane's interior. We did, anyway. But I'm not posting them up.

The plane was spacious, but because it was a trial for some load test or something we had to embark and disembark 3 times. After everything, everyone was tired and it was time to go home. So we all gathered and went outside of Terminal 3 to board the coaches. We could see the other parts of the airport from T3, from an angle no one's seen them from before.

That's Terminal 2. And we could see the Control Tower too.

And that was the coach we took back to TP. Everyone was so tired. I almost nodded off my seat and fell onto the aisle floor, but thankfully that didn't happen.

That's it for this post. Goodnight everybody.

One day short of a month.

Yeah. So it's been a very long while since I updated this blog of mine.

Busy with projects.

Busy with club stuff.

Busy with rewatching RK(yes, laugh all u want, Val).

Busy with listening to Val's adventures with her oh-so-exciting MJC life.

Busy trying to keep the Miss Universe at least 5 metres away from me at all times.

Busy buying the nuggets from TP canteen.

Busy buying Iced Lemon Tea.

Busy repeating the above everyday.

So that's it. I don't feel like blogging anymore. Too busy.
